Is this a safe place to shop?

What is the delivery time?

If your ordered item is in stock, delivery in Lithuania takes 2-3 working days. In case the item is not in stock, it will take 2-5 weeks for delivery. You can see for each item if it is currently available..

What if the product is currently not in stock?

If your item is out of stock, it is flagged as: ‘Product is not in stock, we invite you to order it’. There is no problem, you still can go ahead and make an order. Once we receive your order and payment, we will immediately begin executing the order. Delivery time will take 2-5 weeks..

If, when ordering a few books, one or more items have delivery times of 2-5 weeks. When will I get the books that are currently in stock?

We deliver only full orders. If you want certain items, which are currently in stock, to be received earlier, please contact us on weekdays from 10:00 to 18:00 EET +370 5 2661684 or e-mail us pagalba@humanitas.lt.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes, if you wish, we can write an VAT invoice. You have to indicate it when ordering..

Can e-shop discounts be applied to the bookstores?

The discounts published on the e-shop humanitas.lt are only valid when buying online..

Do you send items abroad?

Yes.

Is it possible to cancel an order?

Is it possible to return the goods?

According to the Minister of Economy in 2001 29 June Order No. 217 articles on the return and exchange rules for the approval’ sales of books and other printed products are irrevocable.

What to do if the goods are delivered damaged or defective?

Please e-mail us immediately pagalba@humanitas or call +370 5 2661684. Depending on the circumstances, damaged or defective products will be replaced with new ones or we will refund your money..

Are quoted prices final?

Yes. All the prices are final and include VAT.
